Privacy Policy
Spark Bot is a private assistant that Flowstate runs for its own internal use. This policy explains what Google user data Spark Bot accesses, how that data is used, and how to remove its access.
Who can use Spark Bot
Only Flowstate. Spark Bot is not offered to the public, and the only Google account connected to it is Flowstate's own.
Google data Spark Bot accesses
When the account owner authorizes it, Spark Bot can access that account's:
- Gmail: read, search, label, trash, draft and send messages
- Google Calendar: read, create and delete events
- Google Drive, Docs and Sheets: read, create, edit, share and delete files
- Google Contacts: read only
How the data is used
Spark Bot uses this data only to carry out tasks the account owner asks it to do, such as finding an email, drafting a reply, or updating a document. Flowstate does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI models.
Where it is processed and who else sees it
Spark Bot runs on private computers Flowstate operates, not on a cloud service. Its access tokens are stored there and nowhere else. To carry out a requested task, content may pass through the service providers Spark Bot is built on: the messaging app used to talk to it (Telegram, which also keeps its own copy of those chats), AI model providers it consults, web search services, and design or media tools it is asked to use. Content goes to a provider only when a task needs it. Spark Bot sends email, calendar invitations or shared files to other people only when the account owner asks it to.
Retention and deletion
Data Spark Bot reads stays in its working files and logs on those computers until Flowstate deletes it. To remove Spark Bot's access to a Google account at any time, open myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Spark Bot. To ask for deletion of anything Spark Bot holds, email the contact below.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Spark Bot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
